About the role

Zenith Studio is looking for a capable Mid-Level Full Stack Developer to help us design, build, and improve modern web applications, SaaS platforms, internal tools, AI-enabled products, and client-facing digital systems.

This role is for someone who can work across frontend and backend with confidence, write clean maintainable code, understand product requirements, and collaborate closely with designers, founders, and product teams.

Frontend development

  • Build responsive, production-ready interfaces using React and Next.js.
  • Convert product requirements, wireframes, and designs into usable interfaces.
  • Create reusable components and maintain clean frontend architecture.
  • Handle state management, forms, validation, routing, and API integration.
  • Improve performance, accessibility, and user experience.
  • Work with Tailwind CSS or modern styling systems.

Backend development

  • Build and maintain APIs using Node.js, Express.js, or NestJS.
  • Design backend services for web apps, SaaS products, and internal tools.
  • Implement authentication, authorization, user roles, and permissions.
  • Work with REST APIs and third-party integrations.
  • Write clean, structured backend logic that is easy to maintain.
  • Handle error states, validation, logging, and basic security practices.

Database and data modeling

  • Work with PostgreSQL and/or MongoDB.
  • Design database schemas, relationships, and data flows.
  • Write queries, migrations, and data access logic.
  • Understand basic indexing, performance, and data structure decisions.
  • Use Prisma, Drizzle, Mongoose, or similar ORM/ODM tools when needed.

Product and engineering collaboration

  • Understand product requirements and ask the right questions before building.
  • Break features into clear technical tasks.
  • Collaborate with designers, founders, and other developers.
  • Support QA, debugging, testing, and deployment.
  • Help improve engineering practices and project structure.

AI and modern product work

  • Work on AI-assisted product features and chat interfaces.
  • Build admin dashboards and human-in-the-loop product flows.
  • Integrate AI services and automation tools into product workflows.
  • Support internal productivity tools and AI-enabled client systems.

Who we are looking for

  • 2+ years of practical development experience.
  • Strong with React, Next.js, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript.
  • Comfortable with Node.js backend development.
  • Able to work with PostgreSQL or MongoDB.
  • Good at debugging, problem-solving, and writing maintainable code.
  • Interested in startups, SaaS, AI products, and modern web apps.
